We are located two miles from the Bob Hope Airport and 20 minutes north of the Los Angeles International Airport in Southern California. Our manufacturing is completed on-site in North Hollywood, California.

Die Casting Machines use computer-aided production control to produce and ship die castings to our customers on time. We will usually ship quality products in four weeks from the time the order is placed. We can expedite some die casting product shipments in less then two weeks. Our die casting machine sizes range from 130 tons to 600 tons in our aluminum die casting machines. Our zinc die casting machines range from 150 tons to 350 tons. We make many types of Aluminum die casting parts from less than an ounce up to a ten pound shot. We will gladly produce die castings in any of the many alloys of aluminum or zinc or one of the special combinations. We will machine your Aluminum die casting parts as necessary, paint, powder coat, polish, ball burnish, assemble, and package as you need. Castings Aluminum makes Golf products

ALUMINUM CASTINGS QUALITY CONTROL
We will inspect our Aluminum die casting production before it starts. We inspect your die casting die before it goes into the machine, to check for defects, or for broken parts in the die casting die. We inspect the first Aluminum die casting parts out of the machine for flaws that may have gone unseen. We continue to inspect the Aluminum die casting parts as they are die casting, and then again during the trimming and machining operations. We will perform a final inspection prior to shipment. Our customers range from COMMERCIAL QUALITY STANDARDS to MILITARY and ISO STANDARDS. All customers receive the same attention whether their requirements are high or low; they will always be pleased.

We produce Aluminum die casting parts in weights from .001 pounds to 10 pounds. The Aluminum die casting parts we produce range in size from less than one inch to over 17 inches in length.
We produce and finish Aluminum die castings for many industries in our
22,500 square foot building. We usually produce Aluminum die castings 20 hours daily five or six days a week.
We were founded in 1994 to fill a need for competitively priced, American-made Aluminum die casting parts. We use many alloys such as 380 aluminum, 328 aluminum, 360 aluminum, 383 aluminum, and 413 aluminum. Our alloy of choice is 383 aluminum for most parts.
